Calendar of Events and Ongoing Calendar Submission Guidelines – Northern New Mexico Edition Submission by email to CalendarNNM@NaturalAwakeningsMag.com, or by website: naturalawakeningsmag.com
If sent by email with attachemnt: Times New Roman 12 point font, no bold except event title, no caps, no stylizing, if sending as a pdf attachment, please send as a Microsoft Word document.
Deadline is 15th of the month prior to publication month. We reserve the right to edit, maximum of 70 words per event, 30 words in ongoing calendar.
Ongoing events (reoccurring the same day every week of the month) submissions must be resubmitted EACH MONTH. No email addresses or website addresses are printed in calendar.

Advertisers - Up to 5 free submissions per month.
Distribution locations - Up to 2 free submissions per month.
Additional monthly submissions from advertisers and distributors are $ 5.00 each.
Submissions from non-advertisers and non-distributors are $ 30.00 per each.
Future month “Save The Date” submissions are $ 40.00 each.
All submission fees to be paid in advance by VISA/MASTERCARD, with credit card account # and expiration information called into Natural Awakenings office at (505)424-1515 in Santa Fe, in conjunction with emailed calendar submission. Include name of person paying by credit card as listed on card, billing address including zip code and phone number. Your credit car statement is your invoice.

State “One-time” or “Ongoing” and define ongoing details (i.e. Meets every Tues. & Thurs.)
Event date:
Event title: (Not all Caps Please, i.e. Infant Massage Workshop)

Event brief description: informative, avoiding promotional types of adjectives
